Saturday evening is shaping up to be the best option "if" the game day is changed.

I know that WOS loves Friday's, but the weather, your fan base and the safety of all involved must be taken into question.

If the game cannot be completed on Friday and both teams must finish another day, will it be back at the same place? I hope not but just a question and will either teams have to pay for another day rental of the stadium?

Too late to change the day I guess. I have stated earlier that all the Houston weather stations are saying it will be very bad weather. For all the games being played on Friday night, prepare for the worst and a very very long night of delays.

That is true. Until EC loses in football, basketball will have to wait.

Latest weather is lightning and several thunderstorms starting Friday evening and not stopping until Saturday. I pray for all the players and fans that will be going to the game. I live in Tomball and according to local news all day Friday and Saturday, rain. Some areas may get as much as 3 to 4 inches in 24 hours. Please safe travel to all going. Also stated several thunderstorms, with strong winds and possible tornadoes.

Cannot attend the game due to work. Was hoping Texanlive.com would show but due to the late game decision to play at Lamar their schedule was full. Rooting for the Stangs in a close one 27-23. Again safe travel for all and hoping for a injury free game.

With it being this late, I doubt it will be decided where and when today. From the information on different threads on this site, the coach's are waiting for admin to get involved. Whether this is due to the coach's cannot agree or just an admin thing I do not know. I remember some years ago another playoff game for WOS was not determined till late in the week like late Monday or Tuesday due to neither coaches would give in one bit. The true people this hurts is the fans. The players will play whenever and wherever. True fans just want to know to make plans for the game. IMHO

Why does it have to be Lamar? Plenty of stadiums in SETX that could handle that much fans from both sides or near Houston again.

So, is the hold up WOS wants to play on a Friday and Jasper does not or a location or both? You know if WOS wins the toss they will choose Friday. At this point the longer you wait the harder it might get to get a nice place to play.

Mustangs home or visitors I believe we are home. Someone else posted we are home but I did not confirm that. WOS is home correct?

Texanlive.com is going to carry WOS again. I plan on going to the game but for those who cannot, I hope the camera is better this time.
