1. You are right. It has nothing to do with the education and Beaumont has been such a football power over the last decade. Very intelligent comment.
2. And what kind of sense does that make? Because crooks have come into the district that aren't even from Beaumont, I should leave. Thanks for the suggestion but my kids and I are just fine. My concern is for the kids that attend BISD and the teachers.
3. I'm not going anywhere. I love my city. I guess the asst superintendent that was indicted for 3 felonies for extortion in the New Orleans school district that is now extorting the kids at Central (the school you support) is not a criminal. Maybe you should get tired too. Why is BISD hiring felons and putting them in leadership roles?
4. That is for a different topic but the criminals are being investigated and now you have innocent coaches being thrown in the mix. BISD is the laughing stock of Texas and I'm tired of my tax dollars being wasted and stolen. Central extorted there own students! Kids! What's right is right and what's wrong is wrong. There is a reason I send my kids to Kelly.
5. I agree. Some rules are ridiculous but they are there because people have abused them in the past. I doubt the coaches even knew they were doing anything wrong. I'd follow all the rules from now on to avoid any more head aches.
6. It has nothing to do with the coaches. Everyone is under surveillance. That's just how it is.
7. Because of all the illegality going on in the district.
8. The problem is that BISD is being run by a bunch of criminals so now everyone is under a microscope. Because of a few bad seeds ruining the district, good people are going to be investigated too. I don't think it's right but that's how it is. When I attended West Brook years ago there were never any of these issues. Central is specifically under a microscope because of Patricia Lambert and all her extortion and fraudulent schemes. I hope the district can clean up and survive this debacle. As far as the coaches, they are new and I hope they don't receive more than a slap on the wrist but I would make sure that I did everything by the book from now on because you are being watched very closely and for good reasons.
9. clearly you have not seen a single Kountze game this year. For one, Justin Harper is Coach Harpers brother not his son...shows how much you know. And The Kid that Middleton wanted to start was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! people that know nothing about the team except a team preview on the internet need to stay out of Kountzes business.
You should be ashamed of yourself. This isn't the NFL. These are high school kids. There is no need to call anyone horrible. I'm sure you're real successful at whatever you do. If you have a job. Try supporting your players
10. Dang! Way to finish strong. I wish the seniors would have won this one, great effort though.
11. 0-9 in 01'. Played a much tougher schedule and lost 5 of the games by less than a TD. Played teams like Port Neches, Barbers Hill, Strake Jesuit, Sislbee. This has to be the lowest point in Kelly Football history. Thank goodness it's over.
12. 441/9= 49 points allowed per game. Embarrassing is right. Thank the administration.  And where is Rogery Korby? Thank you too Roger.
13. Absolutely not. If they were to play HJ and were winning by 40 and still running reverses or throwing for the endzone then that would be poor sportsmanship. Not allowing another team to score is the name of the game, I dont care what team is in there 1st 2nd 3rd whatever. If they don't score they can't win. And WO-S is very good, always have been
14. Jeff Mathews has great character and I know he wasn't trying to show up anyone. Vidor is just that good and coached very well. I was just speaking in general.
15. There used to be a thing called class and acting like you have been there before. It also depends on how they do it. If theyre running the ball and still scoring that's one thing. If theyre throwing for the endzone already up 35-40 then they have no class or really don't like the other coach. What does it prove by showing up a bunch of kids? You won the game. Do it with class
16.
Everyone's for "just stop us" until they are on the other end. Then they change their tune. Just like I don't spank my kids until I get tired,  I don't humiliate another team because I can. You administer whatever punishment is sufficient. Just remember: Karma is a beach.
you're absolutely correct. The problem is most people on here only have experience playing madden or watching games. They forget you're dealing with highschool kids and you can only play with the talent you have.
17. That was to PAMfan. I really didn't understand that post.
18. Every coach is different. some games might be personal to a coach, and he might try and run up the score. Any coach worth his salt has probably been on the other side of a butt whooping and knows when to call it off. Being up by 3 possessions isn't a safe lead unless there is under two minutes left. If you're up by 28-35, then you can start putting in back ups.
19.
Its Football You Cant Show Up N Assume Just because Your Getting blown Out The Coach Should Let Up............Nope Not At All Kids Work Hard During Practice To Exacute On Game Day If I Have A Rb Tryna Get To A Scholarship Am I To Tell Him Dont Try To Score because You Might Hurt The Other Teams Feelings .....Its A Man Game
. Wow.
