How do you folks feel about the way volleyball is now being played? First, rally score, what's up with that, supposed to make the games shorter (didn't work). Second, all the pushes and throws that are allowed. I know they are still not allowed but I think the officials can't tell the difference between a clean set or a throw or push. What happend to bump, set, spike? I do like being able to spike from the backcourt and the serve. And the player in the odd jersey, It's like tag wrestling. I guess I'm just getting too old when a volleyball rule change upsets me. ;D

I guess I have higher standards for my kids. And if you think you don't pay a price for being stupid. I rest my case. You can "what if" till the cows come home. If you are where you are supposed to be and not breaking the law you will be okay and not be spending the night in jail!

Yep, he'd be done. Young folks need to learn not to put themselves in the situation. If he's not guilty then he's stupid both carry the same penalty.

Great game. Both teams played hard. How about #10's catch for Warren's 2nd touchdown? Thought that would make the highlights for sure. Congrads Warren!

OH! I think it would surprise a great many folks. Just not those that have been paying attention to what's going on in the district. The injury point is well made. Hope no one gets injured but a key injury could upset the whole district. You have several teams that have key players (such as Marsh,Bland and TT) if they lose one of them it will make a difference. But, I think we all want the district to be as strong as possible and that means keeping everyone healthy and eligible. I can't wait to get it started. Got my popcorn in hand.

Way to go Warren, keep up the good work.

Warren gets moved any time a school is needed to balance out districts. It really upsets the program and makes it difficult on the boys and girls supporting each other. They will probably get moved again in the next realingment. If Warren's boys are successful in basketball, I bet they get moved again. It really doesn't make me any difference which district, I just wish they would leave us alone and keep the boys and girls programs in the same district.

Another example is Hardin!

Practice makes you better no doubt. But if you do not have a quality coach you could very well be wasting your time. And if your son isn't as fast as the starting running back a good coach probably won't be playing him as running back. A good coach will bring the best out of your kid and a poor coach can ruin him. Talent or not! If your child is an athlete their coach will most likely have more influence on him or her than you do.
