Agree completely what a waste of time the last 3 years have been. All of a sudden we have a sorry o line. Line did a tremendous job Grandview kept 11 men in the box no deeper than 8 yards of the ball with various stunt packages. They were not going to allow us to run the ball any passing game at all would have made a huge difference. Start over from square 1 again. I almost forgot . HISTORY REPEATED ITSELF AGAIN.

Na won’t be close at all . The weight room and speed will be to much for a young team to deal with. Don’t worry woodville won’t run the score up to bad.

I will go with EC again, possibly even a blow out. Defense needs to pick it up a notch.

Crockett would have won this game if the EC referees wouldn’t have cheated them and their 1st or 2nd string players would have been able to play. They had to play the whole game with Jv players.

Not really EC will handle them with ease Crockett has a couple kids with speed but their team speed is extremely slow. This score will resemble what Franklin did to them.

Normally I would agree with you on Yoe but they are not the same team as in 16, not as explosive offensively. Region 3 this year is up for grabs. I believe the state champ will come from region 2.

With EC being in the top half of the bracket I can easily see them in the regional finals . West and Yoe are the only ones in their way.

Yes a very good group of kids. Them along with the 8th grade group will be the most talented group to walk the halls of wisd in many years.

I agree completely. Back in the day coaches would hold a punt pass and kick competition with his kids and develop them from there. At least you would know who could and who couldn’t. Our jr high throw less than our highschool.

Looks as if woodville is on a collision course to meet Franklin in the 3rd round. Our O line has been doing a great job blocking 8 to 10! Man fronts . You are right eventually we will meet our equal up front . When that happens I’m afraid it is the end of the road. Our linemen all deserve all state honors. No one in wdv wants to hear about our weakness but everyone knows what it is.

If Gums were healthy this game would not be close, still think Diboll pulls it out but it could go either way.

Buna East Chambers might get to see a upset.

You are right I had to rethink that statement tonight. Buna will take second EC third and OF 4th. Buna really exposed us tonight they could possibly have kept it to a 1 score ballgame if not pulled a upset. Very impressed . Kept shooting themselves in the foot with turnovers. Clean their act up and this is a different ballgame.

You will get your 1st chance against a descent setx team in a few weeks. I believe Diboll will be to much for Franklin to handle even loosing their star RB. Diboll will have more than Franklin has seen all season.

You might want to look at the Thsca poll region 3 div1 poll. The only 1 that worries me now is gladewater.

I hope playin that 2a schedule has y’all ready. For the track meet that will be when we play. If you can get by Diboll. I think now Diboll will win your district.

I agree the centex teams do a number on east Texas teams but you win because of coaching you are out athleted every time. I seen the film of Franklin and mart. I rest a lot easier now . Because of 1 factor alone. Y’all are slow as a team. Yes you have a couple kids that can move . But that is all . Speed kills the only team that can match Woodville with speed is Newton. I would love to have seen that game but it won’t happen.

Sorry neither team will go more than 3 rounds, so that won’t happen. Woodville has the best rushing attack in 3a and the most athletes. EastChambers has a nice passing game but they are slow. If Woodville does not go to State it will not be the kids fault. Woodville special teams and pass defense is what we know it is. History will repeat itself.
