  4. Thanks Colmesneilfan and to all the fans from Dayton and Barbers Hill.  The guys and girls really appreciated the support ya'll showed and we were pulling for ya'll also.  Congrats to Mason on advancing to the state meet and to Miles we are going to leave no doubt next year.  This group of kids have been a pleasure to coach and have put High Island track to where it needs to be.  These young men have battled all year long and against all odds they have preformed with the highest degree of character.  I can not wait for next year, because we will be back, and we will once again show our true heart and determination. 12. I was there to see WOS track team, and I have to say they did blow away everyone.  They would have finished in the top 5 in the big school division.  Congrats to WOS.  I will be seeing these young men at state track meet.
  13. High Island will be in the mix as well.  We ran 44.8 fully automated at EC.  It looks like it will be whoever has the best handoffs will take it.

  15. What were the times for the relays if you have that info?
  16. I was wondering if you had heard anything about any times that we might see up until regionals?  I know we should have the 2 fastest 4x1's in the district, but I figure West Sabine will have a pretty good one.
  17. Congrats to Uncle Joe Evans.  I had the opportunity to learn from Uncle Joe starting out as a player and later as I was beginning my coaching career.  If you want to know anything about coaching track then Uncle Joe is the man.  Again congrats to Uncle Joe and I will hopefully be seeing you at coaching school.
