Sad thing is, there was probally not one school board member present at the game. In fact, it looked like only player and band parents were their.

I have been in Port Lavaca all year working (except for Friday nights), plus I made the trip to lamar tonight to watch total domination. Brenhamfan, the sandcrabs won't get past Kerrville Tivy. They have literally had no competition this year and that will be their downfall.JMO!

Vidor JV went to Livingston and still put more fans in the stands. That is sad when the visiting team fanbase blows away the home teams considering the distance on a week night. Just shows a trend that begins at the lower levels.

Watch out, before you know it the UIL will skip district play and go straight into the playoffs.

[/quote] When you rest players at the high school level what message does that send? You can get hurt in practice so injury can and will ALWAYS be a part of football. Vidor as numerous RB it's just the next man up. There OL will put the holes there for him to run through. [/quote] I totally agree. [/quote] Good point. The worst injury I ever had was a dislocated knee cap and it happened during practice.

Not good. Reguardless of what was said in the interview, Vidor has capable back ups at that position. They just haven't been getting any reps during games. Not even in non-district games. Also the kid on JV looks pretty good. You would think that after Bolinger going down, that they would be more prepared for the possibilities of losing someone to injury.JMO!
