Warren beat Woodville tonight 3-2 to throw 23-aa into a tie.I think both clubs are 5-1.

EC wins this one if they don't turn it over.If they give it up 4 times they will be in trouble.

Warren wins this one 3-2.Had 1 big hitter missing but a great game by the lady warriors.

I said they will think its the kids.Warren will be pretty good but you won't hear Andrews or Sims on here bragging.Matt is definitely improving his game and can flat out shoot the ball.I'm ready for the season.

Lord don't get this started again.The D-Ville coach will think its the kids posting and its not.Deweyville will be much improved this year and everyone has a chance,thats why they start the games 0-0.

That will be the key for Buna, ball control is the only way they keep Hardin from scoring but they have done a pretty good job of ball control this year.I really don't know enough about Buna's secondary to comment on them but they better be fast and able to jump to matchup with Marsh.I think they will move the ball on the ground.Should be a great game.Where is it gonna be played??May determine the outcome.

Don't get the cart in front of the horse.They will make the playoffs but 4-2 will be a lot more realistic.I hope they do well seem like a pretty good group of kids.

They move this game every year to avoid a conflict with the county fair.Most of Warrens kids show livestock.

EC will be able to run with Hardin at the skill positions and I think that game is at EC so they will be the favorite there.I don't know what kind of speed Buna has in the secondary but the key for them will be ball control.They have to keep the Hornets offense off the field to beat them.This one will be fun to watch.As usual both these games will be determined by who gets the turnovers.Gotta congratulate Hardin and Coach Haynes , the kids played hard and clean and even heard great compliments about how polite they were talking to the locals after the game.EC,Buna and Hardin are the playoff clubs in 24aa if they stay healthy.

I didn't get to see West Hardin at the regional tournament but I saw them 5 or 6 time in the regular season.I don't know how Martin Mills matched up with them.They were as good as any 1-a team at the drum last year.Martin Mills always has tradition though so BS will have to play well to beat them.

Last time I checked SFA was a pretty good D1 school. I think Coach Sutherland would have loved to see Ryan take that scholarship.In the end it was his decision.I think his knee may of had a little more to do with it than anyone knows.If he is healthy he will play D1 ball eventually if thats what he wants to do.Wish him the best in whatever he decides to do.

The game at WH was close until Whitacre got in foul trouble,the game at the Spurger tourney was a real close game.If Hashaw is the kid that wears the goggles he doesn't want to match up with Whitacre in the paint.Don't mean to down any of WH'S post players but Whitacre wins that battle.

Your being to nice if what I saw this summer was all they have playing.Broaddus didn't look bad and Brookeland looks to be back in contention.What is Chireno gonna have this year??They put up some big numbers last year.

Last years club will look totally different than this years. I don't know how they finished last year but I dont see them playing with HJ,Chapel Hill or EC.I think this will be a big rebuilding year for them and this is not a good group to rebuild against.

In 2-a you would have to look at Buna.They are playing pretty well and have some really big kids.

They will miss Tanner, but I still pick them second.I saw WH and Spurger play 3 times last year and the only thing I saw give Whittacre problems was Tomlinson and foul trouble.Is Hashaw the kid who wore the goggles ?WH biggest problem will be getting the ball down the floor.If Tyler has to do that by himself his scoring will suffer.WH vs Spurger was a 1 point game last year at Spurger and pretty close at WH until Whittacre got in foul trouble.From what I saw this summer Spurger gets the #2 spot.

I'll agree 100% these list are just conversation topics until the season starts.All 4 of these kids have played against each other at various times over the last 3 seasons.They all have different strengths and weakness.The one thing about all 4 of them is they make their teams better and thats the goal when all is said and done.I can't wait until footbal season is over.

These kids can play alot better than they have shown the last couple of years.Swinney and Parker can be very good.I hear Heiselbetz is back at Warren, if he plays after recovering from a terrible accident he can cure some pitching problems for the Warriors.If Sims plays he will also add some much needed depth on the mound.Add Carnley,Harrington, Babino and Kelley and you could be pretty decent in a hurry.I forgot about Ellis, Blackshear,Young and Pike.No reason you couldn't take this group and compete.I have seen them do it.I hope Coach Dickenson gets em going.

What was Legacy thinking entering this event????

Normally if you depend on freshmen at the varsity level you will be in trouble.That being said the Whitacre kid will give Spurger some quality minutes.They had a couple of young guards last year who will help them this season.I don't look for the other freshmen to be much of a factor.If they will get the ball to Phillip they will be successful against every club in the district but BS.the Pirates will return to the playoffs this year in the #2 spot.

Didn't get to see yall play the PA Heat so I don't know how much Burrell played against you,Bernard played very little in the tournament game against yall.Jarvis can get on a different level when he gets his offense going and he is always a defensive threat.No disrepect to Marsh he is a very good player also.I just think Bernards long ball makes him a special player.When was the last time you played against Marsh?Just curious, I know you played down here as a freshman but thought you were hurt your Soph year.I will say this ,if you haven't seen Marsh since then he has gotten much better every year.
