With about 2 minutes to go in the game, Nederland had more fans than PNG, and the stands are what 1/4 of the Home side

Hopkins is a tuff runner, starting to expect nothing less than 150 a game

If they stop abbandoning the run on some drives and keep giving it to Hopkins, we could be scary with defense and a running game.

Really Mid County sadness? I would not be suprised at all if their are fights after the game, as of right now nederland and PNG high schoolers are going back and fourth right now.

[/quote] Their has been no Sophmores brought up with the injuries, Mayfield(the hurt fullback) got replaced by another sophmore that was already on the team

Well last year PNG freshman were suppost to put a good fight and Nederlands freshman had to bench their starters in the third quater

I used to be part of this Sophmore group, and trust me, they are loaded at almost every position, and for all the people talking about Seay, he's played qb/lb-db his whole life, and he is better than smith, and he could really push White for the job next year, he's stronger faster and a bigger arm, he could actually be the next Trevin Sonnier type.

I dont see Nederland putting up alot of points... if GCM can keep starting points on their side of the field...IMO GCM - 21 Ned  -14 [/quote] Do you not remember how we have 9 offensive starters returning and 7 defensive guys returning, Angleton and Dawson our the only teams in our 4a area that can probably beat Nederland, our defense is so good, and watch out for our sophmore saftey Sage Seay, he is a big physical kid that people will not want to throw at, and our running back Kendrik Hopkins is the real deal, big strong and fast.
