3rd Place is on the line at the Woodville Eagle Holiday Classic as the Woodville Eagles take on the Splendora Wildcats.  The Eagles, who defeated Brookeland yesterday, 62-18, looks to rebound from it's 63-60 loss to Beaumont Kelly this morning.  The Wildcats, who defeated Colmesneil yesterday, 70-40, looks to bounce back from a 65-39 loss to Silsbee. [/quote] Yes, there is a way.  There is a difference between a lopsided victory and running up the score.  Kountze sat in a zone and did not press all game. What would like for them to have done?  Intentionally throw up airballs every trip down the court?  Play ole! defense and just let them go right past you?  Maybe just put the ball in the freezer the entire second half? It is obvious that you need a detective because you haven't a clue of what you are talking about.

Funny that all that commented on Kountze running up the score were not at the game so they have no idea what Coach Joubert did or did not do to prevent such an outcome.  Much the same as when Silsbee does it or it happens in football.

Final from the Summit, Beaumont Kelly defeats Woodville, 63-60. Kelly will play the winner of semifinal #2, which pits Silsbee against Splendora, at 7:30 p.m. for the Championship. Woodville will play the loser of semifinal #2 at 4:30 p.m in the 3rd place game.
