It was great meeting you too Lazeek and Poppabearstar. Tonight was so much actmosphere. The gym was packed. Silsbee came out strong in the firstt half and were really hitting those three's all night. HJ struggle a little in the first half but came back on us. We lost Stallworth durnig halftime I believe and not having Lane present relaly hurt us because they usually be the ones crashing the board. When Jones and Thomas fouled out then we realized that was our weakness. Not having the big men in the paint were tough on us. HJ took advantage of that and won the game that way. I agree with that assessment.

That last sentence is dead on. Best defensive player in the district and then knows what to do with it after the steals. Great game Jacoby!

I better warmup my pipes for that tripleheader. Of course I may not be welcomed to do a HJ game.

Stick to the topic or go find the other 356 threads about these two teams! : as long as Silsbee and HJ are in the same district or 3a it will always be the main topic...... that is what builds the game up and packs the stands...... I was just speaking the truth cause I dont think HJ will match up good with Silsbee next year...... That's fine that you think that way. But, make those comments on the proper thread. This is about what your team will lose to graduation, not how you compare to other teams.

Hill, Lane, Thomas, stallworth, Harris, Bolton and #14 are coming back so Silsbee should be fine in 21-3a next year........ #14 is soph. Kendrick Jones. I agree with Bobcat05, this is not a Silsbee vs. HJ thread. Let it go, please.
