Everyone except him understands that the schools located AROUND the Dallas area are at an advantage when playing at Cowboys stadium vs the schools AROUND the Houston area. If for no other reason by getting to sleep in their beds the night before the game which means they don't have to change their normal routine...

I don't know how the stands and support will be this coming year after the 2-8 season and only 4 home games this year. I'll be following them starting with the game at St. Pius. The game against you all is a Thursday night game so I know our numbers won't be to high, especially if we lose the opener.

Agreed but if nothing else, I will be able to say that Central won the last meeting between them and the Bulldogs. Hopefully the TWolves coaching staff is a little more prepared this year for the game.

No choice, that's how the ball bounces. If SHE and HE would have given us a Real ball coach instead of a Retread, the kids would have at least a fighting chance. I will have on my maroon and gold for every game this year starting with the scrimmage on August 16th against South Houston and updating this site.

Buddy, I do understand Soulja's point. WB and Peevey can pretty much pick and chose their non-district games after this next realignment. It's no guarantee that if the right school with the right pay comes calling after this season, that he won't bolt. I see him keeping Houston Lamar but for sure Bellaire will be replaced and possibly Strake Jesuit. PA Memorial better stay in their lane and play the 6A schools that they can beat 10-3...

As for United, AL basically said in his hiring press release that Houston St. Pius wouldn't be on the schedule if it was up to him. So don't look for that game to be on the schedule after this season. Since United hasn't proven that they can beat 5A schools, no need to go looking for 6A teams. Keep Nederland in week 2 and PA Memorial in week 3. I would love to see PN-G replace St. Pius in week 1 but I don't see the Indians dropping the game with Silsbee. We will just have to wait and see what changes are made in February and who is looking for a week 1 game.

West Brook could drop Houston Bellaire after next realignment and PA Memorial drop Houston Madison, rearrange the other non-district games and wallah, you have your game that you want.

Besides North Shore, nobody will beat them in the regular season. As long as they can get a D2 bid for the playoffs (which means 2 of the 3 between North Shore, Deer Park and Channelview must make the playoffs) another magical run is possible. I like how Peevey shows a lot of love to his kids in this write up and I'm quite sure in Dave Campbells as well.

WO-S Grad, West Brook and Newton were probably the easiest for you to do since they both had such long playoff runs... Thanks for all the work you put in.
