If Coldspring can take care of the football, control the clock and force a turnover they have a shot. I believe this will be a really competitive game and is a good schedule by Coach Stanley preparing the Trojans for a tough district.

Started slow last year too.

Gonna be a good one. Turnovers make the difference in this one.

I’m hearing this game will be played next Friday night at the Berry Center.

No way Jasper wants the game in Sulpher that would be a home game for WOS but it does make me curious to know if a TX playoff game has ever been hosted across state lines. Surly not.

Not a WOS fan and don’t have amnesia either, quite the opposite. Being from Coldspring I am a huge fan of the coaching staff at Jasper. That being said I am just stating what I personally saw at both games. It is also really tough to beat a team as good as WOS twice even if they are supposedly having a down year. A lot also depends on the WOS QB’s injury status going into next week. Hopefully we will find out soon where and when this game will be played.

I saw them both too but WOS looked faster and more physical. I also thought Sweeny was a lot tougher opponent than BV. But I know the Barbay’s will have a great game plan ready for the Mustangs.

I think this will be a very tough game for EC. Don’t underestimate Crockett.

Look for Coldspring D to step up big. Benesante and the freshman Vaughn will have big games. Gonna be a close one.

Come friday all of Texas will know what Coldspring is all about. All this talk about who beat who that beat this team and that one don't matter. What matters is who wants it more. The WOS faithful think all they gotta do is stop Gillbert but what they don't know is we got three other backs who will run you over. They were never even behind in the game, in fact I don't think cs has trailed at all durring the playoffs (maybe in the bellville game). Overall cs has played much tougher opponents in the playoffs than wos. Bc and bellville could beat everyone one of wos opponents and lorena would beat Cleveland and Columbus. BTW lorena's 5 losses were to grandview (9-2), lampass (10-2), kennedale (8-4) la Vega (11-1), and Robinson (9-3). 4 of thier losses la vega, Robinson, kennedale, and lampass they lost by a combined 15 points.
