Hypothetically speaking, just saying, why would old Ozen kids go to H-F because Nelson is there? He has few ties to Ozen kids. He haven't coached at Ozen over 5 years now... He had more ties to Central, as he was assistant coach there for a couple of years and HC last year.

Nelson was at CENTRAL last year, not Ozen. Central kids don't live in Cheek...

I guess better to be a HC than an assistant.

The rezoning in Beaumont does not affect the kids already in high school. They're grandfathered in. It only affects incoming middle school kids, 8th graders, incoming 9th graders.

Bush and McCain were men out there. Especially McCain. I told a buddy at halftime that Carter had NO answer for Devon, but Silsbee would have to rebound better. Wonderful game to watch. Previous poster was right. Great from the free throw line.
