1. Jack better make sure they have plenty of Crayolas for them and multiple choice questions.
2. This should not have been a surprise to anyone on the team. The rumors about them not showing to play have been going around the campus for several weeks. I thought it would have been sooner that they would announce they did not have intentions to play this year. But, i was keeping my fingers crossed that they would have changed their minds. The dogs have been playing good ball so far and sure they will be missed but, I do not think this will cause any harm to the bench. The addition of Shaw and Kimbler are great additions and Weisbrod will step up more to the challange of becoming more physical.
3. Wow how time flies in a football season. Does not seem like I sat and watched 16 games this season. From the first scrimmage with WOS to the final game with Georgetown it has been a amazing journey. I ejoyed watching a defending DC team come back for a repeat I enjoyed watching these young men build a team of brothers who had each others back. My congrats to all the dogs who made the all-district teams. I wish the Sr's continued success on the field and in the class room on their next leg of their journey. Special Thanks to Coach Neauman and his coaching staff for the many hours of their time for leading and directing these fine young men. Thanks to the Westernaires, band, twirlers, flags, BIG NED, cheerleaders, and deflaters for their hard work and dedication. The greatest thanks go to my Lord who allows me to live each day here in South East Texas to enjoy these young men and woman who on Friday nights.
4. Congrats to all on the ALL DISTRICT TEAMS your hard work and dedication to your team, coaches, family and communtiy is greatly appreciated. Thanks for some fantasic Friday night football and playoff games. May the next level of play for you be as exciting and rewarding as your high school days were.
5. Dogs are looking good this year...starting 5 has changed up a little the past week with Taylor starting instead of Rogers. With the FB guys coming in to give Weisbrod some rest the inside will only get better.
6. If your a true WOS fan the hardwood floor boys probably would appreciate your support. Then after basketball comes baseball. I am never lost in Nederland I am a true fan of all the sports. I don't care for soccer but have been known to go watch a game.

10.
According to the stadium map we got with our tickets, there is NO tailgating....that stinks!
There is no way they will be able to stop that many fans from sitting in the parking lots. I think what they mean is that no tail gating can be done beofre the game starts
