I say we win there third friday night! Diboll and Jasper will be the game to watch this week  ;) !
 2. He is 228 yard shy of the record. He rushed for 1,064 yards his sophmore season He rushed for 2,567 yard his junior year and 1,673 so far this season
 3. WOW! I didnt realize he was this close to breaking this record I if i can remember correctly Earnest Beans career yardage was 5,532. I know Ford passed the 4,000 career yard mark a few games back he must have been averaging 300 yards(like he did against us) per game! I will check up on his career total and be back to tell you how close he is ;)
 4. If only the rangers could have held them to 2 runs instead of 6 in the bottom half of the 5th  :(

We are a young team led by a great running back in Ben Armstrong. Morrisey will develop into a great quarterback before his career over believe me! We are simply to young this season but believe me we will definately make our presence known next season. We have good underclassmen athletes by like Dillon Bryer (OL/DL), Kerrion Morrisey (QB), and Sophmore runningback Donnavan Middleton
Morrisey would be a great running back he will never be a great qb.  we need a pure passer under center not a converted running back.  IMO jasper should have been developing a future passing qb when they realized the season was going to be a rebuilding one..
Your right T-Daddy next season we could have a loaded backfield consisting of Morrisey and Middleton. Well i guess either way there both gonnna be back there ;).

And there is 1 way they can do that Buna upset East Chambers so im going with Buna Buna-42 East chambers-35
it doen't matter if EC loses to Buna, EC would still be district champs because EC would win the tie breaker unless EC loses to warren
I was kind of banking on that lol

 8. Like I said in other forum I have had Anahuac picked to win this district every since the new realignment came out. And there is 1 way they can do that Buna upset East Chambers so im going with Buna Buna-56 East chambers-50 I think this one will consist of no defense at all!
 9. Anahuac has been my favorite to win this district every since the new realignment came out and i believe that Anahuac takes this one Anahuac-35 Newton-21

But the player from the Kirbyville squad that impresses me the most is #34 if he gets a finger on you he is tackling you he is a great linebacker and Kirbyville is lucky to have him. As far as Jasper Armstrong played great along with Morrisy and I think we should still be able to make the playoffs this season.
Good Luck to the Dawgs on making the play-offs,Jasper just needs a little more time with the young players,Next year look out the Dawgs will be a force to reckon with... ;)
Thanks Kville kats good luck to you guys throughout the rest of the regular season and the playoffs
Correct...though i am not sure if they woud be DI or DII
I just looked at there district and it appears they will be DI instead of DII
kvillecats you talk big i dont hope but best for kirbyville but im pulling for the dogs if its 70 to zero but it will be just like the last two years you may make it but i beat you money you wont win state how much you got mouth?
bidog90 there is no reason for you to talk down on the Kirbyville squad like this! Reason being they are always behind us when we make it to the state. Dont insult th town that supports us unless we are playing them!

 17. Well we scored 77 on Huntington and Kirbyville only scored 56 so take it for what its worth lol I am just kidding. Kirbyville will have there way with us this season. Jasper-7 Kirbyville-42
Sorry, ain't buying that. Across the board Anahuac was picked well ahead of EC in the district, even with last year in mind. Just about everyone from Anahuac said "Anahuac vs. Newton" for the championship this year. A number also picked EC to not even make the playoffs. Can't change picks midway through the season!
Dave Campbell has East Chambers beating Anahuac  ;)
