I'll take that, plus the annual tail-kicking of Dayton, over Dayton's season any day. Put it this way, when a FHS player and a DHS jacket see one another, I guarantee you that its the Bronco kid who looks away first. Why? Because one kicks the other's butt -- every year! LOL!!! LOL!!! LOL!!! And I would take a spot in the title game any day!!!

The way I saw it from a Dayton fans view.... Defense is everything I thought it would be plus some. The only weaknesses were a couple of errors in the secondary allowing the big play and could have been a couple more but the ball was dropped. That and a couple of first down penalties....these can and will be corrected. The offense concerns me as Dayton was not able to move the ball---maybe a really good WOS defense should be given the credit but we will have to wait and see. Dayton's first string QB going out late in the game did not help---hope it is not serious.

THAT bar is not very high---LCM was pretty bad last year.

I remember hearing similar comments went we were moved to the Beaumont district---Stewart and crew kept on winning.

I agree and I do not see the offense falling off as much as some do---they will be good.

We finally got a little and like most other folks we could use a lot more----tough year. We are really looking forward to the upcoming season hoping the kid gets some time on the field.

I agree #4 just about blows any credibilty you have right out the window. That's hilarious! Smesny from Dayton went from a 4.54 to a 4.42(accu-time) while gaining 30 lbs---there goes your #4

I know most of the BH Board personally and can assure you that they are not scared----they may see some things differently than you do but they will get to the upgrades in due time as they see it. Yea, I do too. Your right we see things differently and they won the elections so i guess i am in the minority. Guess I just hate losing to Huffman and now Hardin. It has to be worth looking into. Hopefully one day I will be in the majority. I predict you will be in the majority soon.

Ya'll keep looking past the Goose. I assure you they will "compete" this year! The goose has "no chance" against Dayton or Crosby this season but they just might sneak into the 3rd or 4th spot.

Dayton has a great football program with a top of the line coaching staff. Over the past several years numerous Broncos have gone on to play in college. Therefore, it is not surprising that players with potential want to come to Bronco country. It is really pretty simple.
