[/quote] Nothing in my statement said I was scared of anyone.  I dont mind talking trash with grown folks, but I am not gonna put down the kids on the field.  We both know HD has had years they were unbeatable in district, many years, this just isn't one of those years.  The history at HD is something noone can take from us and is something to be proud of.  I never count the Bobcats out in any game.  Not sure if I am one of the ones you were talking about, but like I said I am not scared of anyone and I will predict HD to win every game they play just because I believe in these kids.

[/quote] I don't really think HD has a bubble to bust this year.  Some people maybe really fanatic, but most of us are just people that either played or are still playing at HD.  I know HD is having a down year, but we can still be prideful of where we played ball.  On paper HD is not as good as WH, but I have seen good Oiler teams lose to HD.  Will it happen this year?  Maybe, maybe not.  As far as High Island goes, congrats for being able to field a team this week.  I think HI is not picking and choosing opponents they just are not able to play when players are injured.  I pick HD to win over HI. 

I have not seen Lovelady play, but West Hardin is one of most complete teams I have seen in a while in 1a.  I think if they come in and play their game they have a great chance to win this.  Keep your confidence.  I can't decide if I think low scoring or high scoring game, but I say WH by a TD either way.

[/quote]I don't blame Deweyville for being happy.  This game has always been dominated by HD, so they should be glad to get a W.  I agree with you about the playoffa.  From what I've seen neither team is set for playoffs, but neither team has lost a district game either.  You never know whats going to happen when those friday night lights come on.

Good game by Dville.  #5 is a good athlete.  Just my opinion, HD never recovered after the 2 touchdowns were called back.  However I still think Dville would have won game.  HD has got to fix the defense, they give up way too many big plays.  All the defense is about 3 yards off line of scrimage, so it's like there is only one level of defense.  Good luck the rest of the way Dville hopefully we see yall again next year.

I am going to say HD takes it 28-21. I think they are pretty evenly matched and HD is improving every week.  So I am going to take the home team.

West Hardin has as many weapons as Kountze and from what I have seen is the better TEAM.  I still think it will a good game with WH coming out on top.

I think West Hardin takes this one.  Should be a great game.

I am going to take HD to win, but I don't think it will be an easy win.

I am going to take HD, but only by a touchdown. 21-14

Both teams made mistakes but scheme and coaching made Iola 5 points better in this game.  I don't think we can just say the Bobcats made too many mistakes.  You have to leave the field no excuses just results.

I am pulling for HD in a close one.  They are gonna need a near perfect game.  On a side note, its funny how folks like to see HD lose.  I think HD is a love-hate school, you either love them of hate them.

I am going 28-14 HD. 

Wow I was not aware High Island had beat Colmesniel.  I change my prediction to 52-12.  We may even get to try a field goal this game.

I think Burkeville wins by 12, but I dont really think that is winning big.

I am going HD by 3 scores.
