Well Said, Im going to make my vote count on the school board! IMO WOS and Nederland deserve the best facility. Maybe if WOS gets turf LCM will follow them lol

As community we would be supportive of all those upgrades and in my opinion It comes down to the administration. To my knowledge they don't have anyone activley working on grants like other schools. Our Jumbrotron has been broke for atleast three years and has to be replaced and to my knowledge its not going to be replaced. I know theres only a few LCM fans on this site but at the games we talk about all the same issues. A few years ago Beaumont enterprise came out with highest paid coaches in the area. Coach Crouch was the 3rd highest paid coach in the area at that time. So we do pay our coach a well for the area.

Oh I'm sure it could have been done there's no doubt about it. But do you live in LCM school district? because You know our current administration is not going to do that. Actually they went back and forth for a year on the school plans. I'm just happy to get something if you know what I mean. I honestly never thought they would do it with the current administration.

LCM is building the High School and jr highs which needed to be done. They are building a basket ball gym that is suppose to be very nice. But they are not doing anything to the football field. I'm happy that we are updating our school instead of just throwing our money into the athletic side. I'd rather have a nice place for my children to learn instead of some fancy in door facility. I honestly believe even if LCM had the state of art athletlic facility they would still suffer from the same problems.

In 1974 HF beat Newton and in 1975 HF went to the state finals and lost to Lagrange. In a bi district game HF did lose to Newton 14 to 13 in 1974

I've heard the same thing. Crouch will be OC and Bickham DC. They swapped back into place. I didn't want to say anything because last year a few people got thier feelings hurt because I was discussing the offense.

John Curtis would be a good game to watch.

Well our starting QB will be back with two of our running backs. I'm not going to make any predictions on how we are going to be its to early. I'm hoping we will not be in the slot t lol The past years LCM defense has been the weak point, I hope we work on that side of the ball. How will BC do any early predictions?

Navasota lost there Qb and Wr. I don't know what they have coming up.

They might win it but I promise our district is stronger then Hisd then they were playing in.

Yep, I'm being serious. LCM had the turn over bug all last season if that gets turned around with some other adjustments they should play with Lumberton. I'm not saying LCM will blow them away by any means but looking at the teams that we are playing I think we could win this one if the kids are prepared.

I highly doubt Lumberton beats LCM.

I think Ozen should stay a school but they should be playing in 4a. I think they would have a better chance to getting in the playoffs.

I heard a rumor today that the school district was talking about closing Ozen down and splitting the kids between Central and Westbrook. Has anyone heard anything about this?

Ok thanks. This is Coach Harley last year at LCM I was hoping they would have a good year.

I understand that, Silsbee is a good team. Other then HJ and Silsbee will LCM be likely to make the playoffs. Like I said I have not kept up and I have not went to one game.
