Williams is better in my opinion. Williams has better control and better off-speed stuff. Just because you throw 90+ does not make you a good pitcher. The times that I saw Howell throw last year I was not really that impressed. Maybe I saw him on off games. But anyhow thats my opinion.

[/quote] Definitely had nothing to do with Jealousy. I think most people close to the Kountze football program will agree that Middleton did not do a very good job at all with the offense this year. Yes he played in the NFL but it didn't show in his ability to run the offense. All of that aside, he is a great guy and I wish him the best in his future endeavors

I agree Yeller that Evadale has dominated the last several years. I was a part of the 2009 football team that went 10-0, the 2010 baseball state runner up team, and the regional semi finalist football team of 2010. Im a huge Evadale fan, but Im also a realist. The talent just isn't there right now like it was. But I will always support the Rebels and Im glad that we are in the playoffs once again! Good luck tonight men

If Warren plays like they did last night against woodville then they could very well beat Kville. And if Kountze plays the entire game against AP like they did the second half against Kirbyville then Anahuac could get beat. A 5 way tie is VERY possible

For whatever reason though, Middleton seems to not have any faith whatsoever in Arnold.

Look I'm a huge Kountze fan but I'm also a realist. Kountze's chances at beating Newton are slim to none. I just hope the boys play hard and don't lay down. What I find exciting though is that Kountze has a very good chance to end the season 7-3 and 4th in district if they beat AP and KV. An amazing improvement from last year. We could be looking at third place if we beat Anahuac and kville and somebody upsets woodville.....or by some chance we manage to Upset EC. A lot of things can happen between now and the end of the season. Whatever happens though I am very proud of the job that the KTZ coaches and players have done this year trying to turn the program around. The lions are guaranteed a .500 season at this point, and even that hasn't happened in a few years.

I would love to know what anybody in Kountze could be complaining about. I mean Kountze is  4-1. More wins than all of last year already..come on now. The lions aren't gonna start going 10-0 right off the bat

Anybody know how #33  Demydran Wright for Kountze is doing today? He had a pretty bad injury last night. Scared me to death
