Maybe y'all are remembering something I'm not but I just can't see how y'all are picking Livingston to do anything without chevoski. I just don't see it.
Same thing could be said about Vidor and Quirante. Montana was the heart and soul of Vidor on offense and defense.

Yes he was but I personally know that vidor has plenty of talent (aka Montana's cousins and brothers) coming up through the ranks soon. That's why I said "maybe y'all are seeing something I don't see". I wasn't saying there isn't anything coming up for Livingston,  I was just saying I don't see it and haven't heard of anything coming up. That's it.

2.Crosby - If they can beat the Dayton Mystique
3.Dayton - Dayton will always Dayton
4.Barbers Hill - Denny question - Will he or not ?
5.Kingwood Park - Could sneak in.Lewellyn kicking game could make a difference
6.C.E.King - Great RB but no Ol returning and front six of seven on defense gone to graduation.
                  7.Humble - Scrappy underclassmen returning

Hampshire Fannett

Buna

Hardin Jefferson

Hmmmm... WOS not picked to win district? Any reasons? Just fmi.
Look at what Silsbee has returning in 2013. Couple that with all the talent WO-S will lose off that D its not far-fetched to have Silsbee predicted to win the district in 2013 IMO.

19-4A

Champs:SummerCreek

1. SC- majority of their skills players are returning, including the FAB FOUR, that's 4 seniors that played as Freshmen, and that 2014 Class is stout!
2. Crosby - Twins! Twins! Twins!
3. KPark- a few good returning kids, including Qb, TE, RB and they have a move in that can play anywhere on the field! Plus a really good LB
4. BH- have good returners, if Denny plays, that's a plus
5. Dayton - Kyle McBride is QB, Keener will help some
6. Humble- a lot of returners on Defense, offense will struggle if don't develop a passing game
7. CE King- RB will return, and a few more athletes
8. Porter- QB pretty good
9. New Caney- plays with Heart!

1. Summer Creek - deepest team in the district, best qb in the district, get their two toughest district tests (Crosby,Dayton) at home but if the defense doesn't tighten up some then the 500 yards of total offense Crosby put up could come with more points and a 19-4a title for the Cougars
2. Crosby - one lineman lost, two receivers lost, bringing back 8 starters on one of the most potent offenses in the region including over 4,000 yards returning in the backfield alone from the twins. Crosby also has the most highly recruited receiver in the district returning in Raelon Singleton.
3. Kingwood Park - got better as the year progressed and had a very young team. They have one of the top TE's in the state in Fauerbacher returning and don't make a lot of mistakes with their ball control offense.
4. Dayton - everybody says "it's still Dayton" but that may be a misnomer now. Dayton was deteriorating as the year progressed, they got stale on offense and all they yards they were giving up on defense turned into tds later in the year. The old regime is gone and so goes the discipline and maybe the playoff streak.
5. Barbers Hill - Dive plays can only get you so far. I know BH fans think they're defense was salty last year but they still suffer from the same issues that they always have which is no athletes that can pursue/play in space which the game is evolving to.
6. C.E. King - as far as overll athletes go in 19-4a it's SC, Humble, and King. That being said if Price can't put a system or get the kids to buy into it then he might be out of work again in a couple years. Could be hard times for the kid I though was the second best rb in the district in AJ Jeffery.
7. Humble - I still can't believe they're that weak in football. At least there's basketball in which they handed Crosby their first and only district loss in two years.
8. and 9. Porter/New Caney - does it really matter?

Png's biggest obstacle next season is scoring in the face of the defenses in the  district.

Ned, Vidor, Central, and Livingston defenses could really be tough, even if offense improvements are made for NDNs.  Don't hear much about a running attack for Png and that could spell problems for the offense (as one-dimensional), even though FC is an offensive mind.

Livingston will make huge improvements next season and if Png doesn't pull out the stops on D, then I really don't see Png making the 4th spot.LCM could be interesting to watch.

20-4A is always good.

And, as last year, the season will be bright for the Dogs ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Go Dogs!
This is pretty much how I see it as well.  PN-G is going to have to have a vast improvement on defense.  It doesn't matter they can score 40 or 50 points a game... if they cannot stop the other team from scoring, there will be more losses than wins in a district this tough.

A few of you made some good points about the teams in 19-4a, so I'm going to refine my previous prediction for next season.

#1: Summer Creek (believe it or not, they will be even better next year. They will likely start around 20 seniors, many of which are 3+ year varsity players including the 4 guys who were on the team as freshmen. It will be tough for the WR corp to replace Hogan and Ruffin, so expect Torrey Johnson to get the majority of Sharp's passes. 4 starters return on the O-line, which were a bit soft last year, so hopefully the offseason treats them well. Much of last years depth at LB will compete for starting spots and will be a very strong part of the defense)

#2: Crosby (going to be much more competitive than most expect, should have one of the most explosive offenses in the state. They are the only team I expect to challenge SC in the regular season and could potentially upset them and might have a shot at the 4a-d2 state championship. Only question mark is defense, which is something they definately have to improve in the offseason)

#3: Kingwood Park (yeah, considering how most of their impact players will return for them and how solid their coaching staff is, they should improve dramatically this offseason)

#4: Barbers Hill (a bit of uncertainty here, but with thier 3 leading rushers and a few solid defensive players returning for them I like them a little more than dayton to make the playoffs)

#5: Dayton (I am by no means trying to insult dayton fans here, dayton will still have a good team, it just wont be as dominant as it has been in recent years. Most programs would be lucky to say 6-4 is a down year, especially in such a talented district. With that being said, they will have a few young players that will, if not already, make a name for themselves)

#6: C.E. King (I still think they will be better than everyone else expects them to be, but having a few good skill players won't get them to the post-season. Its kind of a shame they have such a good RB that they can't effectively use)

#7: Porter (Its a natural reaction to laugh when someone ranks porter over humble, but in 2013 I think it makes sense. When their class of 2014 were freshmen, they dominated all other district freshmen teams. Going into the 2013 season more than half of the startering squad will be third year varsity starters from this class, as well as a few additional returning starters. Sounds like a pretty good group of athletes to me, but there is just one problem. Their coaches dont seem to know how to appropriately develop talent, and thats why this talented team will be wasted on another losing season. At least they will probably beat humble)

#8: Humble (Humble has gone down hill, as much as it pains me to say that. Sure, they will return some good players in 2013, but this entire program is still in the rebuilding phase, and that includes their coaches and their overall attitude. I see good things for them in the future, but it wont be until 2014)

#9: New Caney (Maybe they should just play JV for a while)

The prosecution had to first prove that the criminal act of falsifying documents had occurred. IF the jury believed that records were falsified, they were given three possible criminal acts… any one of the three would allow a felony conviction. The instructions stated that for any of the 34 charges, all twelve of the jurors had to agree that records were falsified, but they also had to believe that the records were falsified in the furtherance of at least one other, different crime. Six jurors could believe that Trump was falsifying records to avoid paying taxes… the other six could believe that it was skirt around election laws. The jurors didn’t have to agree on which of the three alleged criminal acts Trump was trying to further by falsifying records, just so long as they agreed that a) the falsification occurred and that it b) occurred to help him cover up another crime (for which he wasn’t charged and never proven to have committed or to have even occurred, for that matter).     Complete pile of crap as a prosecution, in my opinion.     But, we shouldn’t cry if our nominee is the kind of man who bangs porn stars while his wife is at home with the kid, then tries to buy her silence, then breaks the law in regards to falsifying documents to hide the evidence of the coverup.    If you’re wondering why falsifying those records might be illegal, it’s this. Money paid to your attorney for services performed can be deducted from one’s taxes as a legal expense. If the money is paid to a person to settle a personal claim, then the amount would be taxable-the falsification would have been done to avoid taxation. On the other hand, if campaign funds were spent to pay hush money and the records were falsified to hide the violation of campaign laws, then the felony occurred.    The bottom line is this…. They didn’t have enough evidence to indict trump on any of those three things that allegedly happened… but they DID have evidence that the financial records were falsified, so they point at these other acts which can’t be proven to bump the charges on falsification to a felony.    And the reason Trump didn’t take the stand is that he can’t go on the record about whether or not he had sex with Daniels… I’m certain that they can prove it and hang him up on perjury too.    The most delicious irony is this… Trump gave his supporters too much credit for their integrity. He thought they’d turn on him if they found out what he’d done, when in reality they wouldn’t have given a care… Trump’s whole falsifying records and quest for secrecy wasn’t even needed… his followers don’t have moral objections to his sinful acts.
