Silsbee's Defense

I've heard they were small, BUT very strong and well coached..
has anyone seen them in action? What are y'alls opinion?

Very small. Smallest defense Silsbee has had in quite some time. But, what they lack in size they make up for it in speed, quickness and toughness. This defense has a good nose for the football and gang tackle very well. Great pursuit to ball, solid tackling.

Other than the NG Adams (270 lbs), everyone else on the defense is under 200 lbs. Even the two DT's are no more than 190-195lbs.

That kid at the nose is a load.  The LCM center had he could handle in that game with him.  The defense is pretty quick.  I'm not sure how LCM scored so much on them.  I guess just poor tackling.  If 21 for LCM gets loose he is pretty quick.
