I'd be careful about making such a public accusation as some of your neighbors to the west had some egg on their face after they made accusations of vandalism against somen of your neighbors to the east.

[/quote]How about 2010. HF was burned in both end zones at EC field. It was small but it was still there. I'm not covering for who did it, I just want everyone to know it goes both ways. I hope it was not EC but this has been going on for a long time. I hope whoever did it is caught and dealt with accordingly.

Can we please get some HJ folks to talk a little trash on here.  So far its mostly EC and a HF terror plot...  I want to hear about some talented HJ players.  I know that young Martel kid has been doing well.  I don't know enough about the other guys. 

We may have to release Kvillecats just to get some talk on here...  It would be about Kirbyville but it would be something...  Come HJ fans...  Let's talk about your team... Throw some names around..  I like hearing names i remember from when i played...

You guys are 2-1... gotta be some stuff to say..

[/quote] Our special teams have been fairly bad throughout the first 3 weeks.. Only going about 50% on XP so i just assumed you meant by 34 that we would miss a couple of extra points.

it is hard to get on here and talk trash when you know going into it the outcome will not be favorable.  I would like nothing more than to see the HAWKS pull the upset, but i also no that EC is STRONG and will make some noise in the 2A playoffs.  We are turning things around but need more time.  Good luck.

Sorry to disappoint y'all, but for the Hawks, it's all about the team this year, not individuals.  Hardin-Jefferson is learning that it takes a team effort to win.  The Hawks have a lot of young players that are learning "on the job" so to speak.  The team is learning to come together and persevere through adversity as a unit.  There are some athletes that are proving themselves as leaders on the field, but they are letting their actions speak for themselves and in the coming weeks, you will hear about them. But for now, the Hawks are concentrating on working as a team for a common goal......Success on the Football Field.
