The Black Death Defense was in full swing, but you would expect that with so many returners. It is amazing that Nederlands defense loses the Willie Ray Smith Defensive player of the year and the are going to be bigger and faster.
The offense  looks good with 4 qbs and 4 good rbs. Carson was in full control and when he had  time threw well. They will do it again this Friday.

he has been getting looks at strong safety.

it's raining Football players in Ned...oh my, Neumann has done the right rain dance. 

This kid is good and what a group Neumann already has. 

Neumann is sleeping good at night.  zzzz....."I have amazing starters returning and I have amazing back ups to amazing back ups."zzzz....."Defense is like no other, have amazing backups"  zzzz..."The kids love to hit, I see passion every play..."zzzzz...."95 days to football, 94 days,93 days, 92 days....

Counting the days until football, not sheep,  while he sleeps...

And when district starts, BAM! Dream over and the nightmare begins as the Bulldogs fall to 0-1 at the hands of Vidor. He'll be counting Pirates running into the endzone over that "black death defense" that they have so been called.

I do look forward to playing Vidor first.  Let's take a challenge and bring the Doomsday D to test your offense.  Will be a good matchup!  Look forward and I am counting the days as well.


Vidor will have a nice season but man, Neumann is counting his blessings and his unbelievable talent pool that is in Nederland this year!!!!!

Love your enthusiasm but you cant use Doomsday D. Dallas may get upset. ;D

On a side note, and seriously, alot of talent is not always good. Especially if it creates rivalries within. With new players coming in, their is always the possibillity of conflict. I have fisrt hand seen a team that should have beaten everyone and failed to do so. Lots of INDIVIDUAL talent. Doubt this will be the case for Ned but it's something to consider. Looking forward to to opening district play with ya once again.

these guys have been playing with each other since the peewee football leagues.
there is absolutely no possibillity of a "conflict"

i've been hearing talk of transfers(potential starters) coming in. and this is highschool, there is always the possibillity for conflict.
