I think something is funny  :o and a little off :o with teams that wear the color purple....bh had to take blue because Dayton had already picked purple and Heaven forbid, that they both wear purple.........

Why aren't there any 1A teams getting any love on here? Everyone had better keep their eyes on District 10-1A Div.1 because it could possibly be one of the toughest districts in the state and definitely the toughest in the Southeast Texas region in my opinion!

Alto and San Augustine will be tough, the rest are mediocre to bad.

Alto And San Augustine cant hold a candle to any of the Top teams in SETX (WO-S, Westbrook, PA memorial, Nederland,) and they shouldnt be able to by all accounts but to be the best in the area you have to be able to say you can go to every teams district and compete with everyteam.

[/quote]dayton schedules 5a playoff teams non district and dominated the golden triangle last time they played in that district. Dayton will be very strong this year and would be a tough matchup for anyone in setx.

k then by your determination Westbrook is the best team is SETX because no one has the athletes to deal with westbrook is SETX.

No 3/4a team could handle West Brook but that's because of sheer size. I think this is more about which team do you think will do the best in general vs there competition.

Hold on so you dont think WO-S or Nederland could stick with Westbrook for 4 quarters and IMO possibly beat them.. Westbrooks starting Wideout from this past year Robert Redd was a 2nd string defensive end at WO-S his junior year what does that tell you?? IMHO WO-S and PA Memorial has the athletes in the area Westbrook is 3rd in that department, Westbrook has the size and Nederland has great coaches..
