[/quote]As I said before this team will not make the playoffs, they will start playing for next year by next week, if they have not already. They will be better next year once they start playing and bringing up the young players who will let you coach them. They are going to have to decide that those juniors who quit this year not be allowed to come back next year under no circumstances. Sometimes you have to show kids that the program is not built around any one person, enough said.
