Was I the only one noticed that all of South Houston WR where slow and where getting open. Please Please let's not try and cover these Clear Springs WR with LB. I repeat PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE !!!!! These kids run a system. Maybe I wasn't at the some game but since the North Shore game where is the pass rush. That would make the secondary better. IMO 4 TO next week and we will be in for a rude awakening. You can't play on the road and in playoff games expecting to win turning the ball over. PERIOD that's a common trend in all levels of football.

i thought we had 2 TO...maybe i missed 2 somewhere. Question, would you rather give up the short passes that get tackled immediately, OR would you choose to give the deep pass for TD's? IJS gotta pick ya poision, kinda like defenses have to do with us. stop Holmes OR stop Singleton/Seales connection.

Goat I feel we will be fine too but I am concerned about the coverage with lbs on WR. WB used Malone in the slot to create favorable matchups and it worked against us. I am confident in our players and coaches but kids must be put in a position to be successful. Im hoping we are back to full strength in the roster.Singleton has to focus on not turning the ball over.Im not singeling him out by no means its just that he's the QB and handles and distributes the ball.We have to get all the weapons we have involved somehow in the Playoffs.

I agree with you about getting everyone involved. One person can't win this championship. (The is no [b]"I"[/b] in [b]TEAM[/b])

      And just for the record, there's a difference between running from competition and moving to another district because the one you are currently in has shown an unwillingness to build a championship program. Figured I'd clarify that before it came up.

      I will never understand the mindset of a parent who thinks teaching their kid to run from competition is what is "best for the kid". Stay and fight it out, if you lose the position, find somewhere else to contribute and help the team. This soft azz mindset is what is wrong with the younger generation and it's not even the kids fault. I am old enough to remember when football was a game that taught life concepts and grew boys into men. Now, it's just like every other sport and treated like a meal ticket for parents, regardless of what the underlying consequences of those decisions may be. Everyone looks for quick returns on investment instead of working to prepare these kids for the tough breaks in life. Makes me sad.

      I pulled into the bank drive-through to cash a check yesterday. Couldn’t figure out why they were closed. About an hour later I realized it was because of Juneteenth. Kind of ticked me off. I just wanted to cash a check. Hope that doesn’t make me racist.🤔

      I read much more than I post on here. One strong observation is, the ridicule on this side is a two-way 6 Lane Highway. For all the ridicule you say you receive, just know your absence would probably be missed.
