its gonna happen. The only way MLB Owners approve the deal is if he agrees to the move.

I hope this doesn't happen.  It will take away any chance of having an all TEXAS World Series.  Does anyone have an idea of why MLB is pushing for this?  Why not put the yankees and mets in the same division?  Or how about the california area teams?

I think they would be immediately competing for 3rd place LOL

My understanding is that if the realignment were to occur, that divisions would be eliminated and the top 5 teams from each league would advance to the playoffs.
