Bronco Defensive Backs

Recommended Posts

Have to agree the defense as a whole found their continuity !  The second half was impressive to wittness after being dominated by a seemingly superior 5a team and then to turn the tides for the win really drove home the " we all pull togeather as a team" concept. That had to be a confident builder for this young defense anchored by some talented SR's. The coaching staff doing an excellant job at half making adjustments to get the team in position for the win ~ Congrats to Coach Hancock for his first Bronco win !!!  ~ The future looks bright ...

BEEN WAITIN FOR IT ;)  What helped was Tousant was disrupting the backfield once he wore down those big nasties.  ;D

Big Stew's presence is always around, it's branded into this coaching staff. Stewart is genius not only because he won football games, but because he built a program and a coaching staff that he trusts won't miss a beat when he is gone. The team as a whole had a great second half, but the defense really impressed me. Fowler and the rest of the d-backs were awesome, but the d-line had a lot to do with that.

Well since scrimmages don't count then yes beating Elkins was the 1st 5a victory for Dayton.I believe scrimmaging Spring this year gave confidence we can play w/some 5a teams w/deep depth and lots of atheletes.Conditioning is a major factor. At practice yesterday and you could see the confidence factor after last friday.Kids are pumped ;)
