3 way tie for 2nd.......best record of the three   Liv 3-1, PNG 2-2, LCM 1-3
Liv goes as 2nd, PNG 3rd and LCM 4th

If........LCM beats Ned, Liv beats Vidor, PNG beats Central
LCM goes 2nd, Liv and PNG flip or play game for 3rd and 4th

If........Ned beats LCM, Vidor beats Liv, PNG beats Central
LCM and PNG play in or flip for 2nd and 3rd, Liv and Vid play another game.

You sir seem to have a copy of the current updated set of tie breaker rules for 20-4A.  I think pirate68 has a copy of the old rules which were originally written when only two teams go to advance to the playoffs.  If the old set or district rules were what we were going by here, he would be correct.
