INTERESTING: Wharton ISD hires Texas State’s ex-head football coach

I notice that the article does not say he was hired as HC/AD.

Question 1:  Is that actually the case?

Question 2:  In these times where teachers, programs and sports look to be cut all over the state, where did the Wharton ISD find the money to hire a AD who does not coach?
