Nederland Babe Ruth 13-15 Registration

NBR with be holding registration for the 13-15 year olds.

The dates are 1/29, 2/5, and 2/12. This will take place at the NBR field concession stand located on Park St in Nederland between Hillcrest Baptist Church and Carmella's.

Please bring your player with you, if possible, to be sized for jersey and hat.

The times are from 10-2 on all dates.

Registration fee is $140 with discount for brothers/sisters.

NBR plays on a regulation sized field with 90' bases and pitching from 60' 6". Get your kids ready for high school ball.

We welcome kids from all over the area. Beaumont, Port Neches, Port Arthur, Groves, Hampshire/Fannett, Winnie, Lumberton.

If you like to play ball, we'll find a place for you. :) :) :)

Schedule has not been set, but usually start playing the end of March or first of April.

We try to get as many games in as we can, but have to finish in time for the allstars

Last couple of years we played 15 game seasons.

What is the cutoff for the age limit.  My son will be 16 on April 4th of this year?  Would he still be able to play in your league?  If not, is there anywhere else that you know of that he could play?

Cutoff date is April 30.

He would be 16.

There is Mid County Senior Babe Ruth  ages 16-18

Play there games in Nederland on high school field.

They usually post registration information on this board.

They do start later because of the high school players.

If we get rained out Saturday, we will have tryouts Sunday at 2:00 pm for 14/15 YO and 3:30 pm for the 13 YO.

is there a summer league for 12yrs olds? I have an experienced 12yr old. Are they allowed to play up in age?
