He'll be moving spots.. Gillam has that position locked up for the next three years.

You can never have too much talent or too much depth.  Aside from the fact that football is obviously a physical sport and any back-up is one play from starting the rest of the season, football at the FCS level could be up to 13, 14, 15 games if your team is lucky enough to make a run through the playoffs.  Plus competition for playing time is only going to make this team stronger.

Colton Collins is a 6-foot-4, 300-pound offensive tackle played the last two seasons at Trinity Valley Community College and played high school football at Austin McCallum. Collins ended the season as a second-team offensive lineman in the Southwest Junior College Football Conference.

He signed and will be in Spring drills. Good to see these two new o-linemen coming in early to learn the offense.

Lamar also has outstanding offers with linemen that I was able to find..

Matt Goetz - Guard from Navarro, 6'4 280 lb. Also has an offer from South Alabama. I'm sure LU will land him.

Mike Yoder - OT from Blinn, 6'5 290 lb. Doesn't show he has an offer, but lots of interest. Anyone know more?

Looks like they would both be solid pick ups for Lamar. If they haven't already.. LU maybe needs to offer Yoder. Woodard may feel like he has enough O-linemen now, but it's hard to pass up on a first team all-conference guy.
