West Hardin takes this one 56-55.  High scorers for the Oilers were Ridge with 16 points and Moss with 16 points. High scorers for the Hornets were Dumas with 16 and Rives with 10.

glad to hear ridge is doing well he is only a sophomore i believe and will be a pretty good player for coach henry to build his team around for a few years. if ridge can stay focused and hungry and continue to work on his game every day by the time he is a senior i think he can be one of the top ten players in the area if not one of the top 5

Exciting game. Hardin was down by 9, went with a 2 freshman, 2 soph, 1 junior rotation, to take the lead, it was back and forth and West Hardin hit a buzzer beater with 1 sec on clock.  Dumas a Freshman for Hardin had a good game. Rives is a Junior,  Hardin is young this year, but they are getting better every game. Keep working hard.

Hardin might make the playoffs as number 3 team  but i think Kountze wins the district OR MAYBE EAST CHAMBERS

West Hardin did hire a basketball coach last year in June then in August decided to begin to "fire" or let go coaches,teachers in staff to help balance a budget. All in all they lost 2 coaches in August.

Sounds like a horrible school board or super or both.  Hopefully they will vote them out when they get the chance.
