Evadale at #1 is absurd. I know they are undefeated, but you are crazy if you think they could beat the top 2A schools on there. EC, Anahuac, Newton, Groveton, Corrigan-Camden all would beat them by 5 scores easy. They shhould be somewhere around 6-7, the first 1A school. You also have PNG ranked lower then LCM, didn't PNG just beat the Bears. Come on guys, you should be better than this.

Well, the win over former #1 PAM was not impressive enough for WB( 42-15  :o) to move in to the #1 spot....I wouldn't hold my nose on that one.... ;)

No crying here or no surprises either.  Last year, PNG was #1 most of the season because they were undefeated and you couldn't have convinced me they were better than WB.  Same scenario, different teams.  Polls are just that, votes by people mostly based on record.  I'm happy for Kirbyville they got #1.  Do I think their better than #2 or #3? Nah. 8)
