I'm just glad GCM knocked Nederland out of the playoffs last year. That way they won't be too suprised when we beat them again this friday.

We need a 19-4A sweep this week.  Wished I could say it was absolutely a done deal, but I think not. 

Lumberton is putting up a lot of points and seems to have a decent defense, despite Beard being gone. 

Nederland, well they have Coach Neuman, so can't ever count them out. 

PNG and Crosby is the interesting match-up and could go either way.

NO PINK SHIRTS!!!!!!!

and if any of the top teams in 204a was in that district they would have similar numbers.  thats like beating up a bunch of kids and then flexing your muscles and bragging about it.  Come over to 204a and then put them numbers up.  Wont happen.  Quit comparing apples to oranges.

[/quote]  I am talking about Dayton vs 20-4A.  I don't think anyone from might 20-4A wants to see those numbers.  I feel sorry for the sacrificial lamb that gets paired up with the Broncos in week 1 of the playoffs.

Hey no one is denying that Dayton is a very good team and has done well against 20-4A, but those other guys in 19 4A tend to ride the purple coattail year in and year out then get beat by 20 4A. They tend to brag about how great the district is when you guys (Dayton) beats one of our guys, when the truth is 19 4A from 2 down just doesnt stack up.

Still not too late to get some Bronco season tickets.
With those you get first choice at playoff tickets.
Odds are Dayton might just once again be the last 4A team playing east of Houston (for the 4th straight year).
And at least the playoff loses weren't on the Broncos home field with a jumbotron replaying all nine touchdowns in that 63 to 0 lose  ;D

That being said...
Watched the scrimmage with Dayton and Nederland, got some big old boys in the trenches for the Bulldogs.  If Nederland can keep their kids healthy they could make some noise in division I playoffs this year.  Good luck to your Bulldogs (except when they play they play my Indians).
