20-4A tie breakers?

I assume the tie breaker between 2 teams would be head to head.  Anyone know the tie breakers the district uses with 3 and 4 teams?  Could we be in for another coin flip?

In a threeway tie or more, they use the point spread with a maximum of 18 pointspread per game used. And that is why if you are less than 18 up you need to score no matter how much time is on the clock. I can see a pontential tiebreaker being used this year for the last spot.
