i was there & saw the race, at 50 meters pretty close then cameron poured it on. great race

& great for him to record at the biggest show around. cograts

Awesome!! Glad you got to witness it.... wish I could've.

I know he's a transfer to Dayton but I am super proud that he's here. Also, this is a .29 second PR over his personal best ran in '08... that says a little bit for Dayton's Track program. Cameron is a true technician in the hurdles and a tremendous worker.

BTW.... Congrats to Beard in the Vault!!

This mark ranks LaCour #1 in the Nation for 2009. With several weeks left, it will be exciting to see what he can do.

Showdown in Dayton April 9th between LaCour, and Chance Casey from Crosby... KJ Barton of Dayton and Phillip Jones from WOS also!!  :o

from where i was sitting he looked like a tank with jets. i was proud for him &dayton, a really big

event, probably 4 + thousand saw him run & anouncer made sure everyone new of his record

setting race. i made sure people around me new he was from setx area & what kind of total program

& athletes  come from dayton, kinda acted like they was my own, just proud of our area thats

all. again , thanks cameron & dayton for putting yourself on top . good luck. ;D
