Will this week's baseball schedules be disrupted by TAKS tests?

Just wanting to know if the games that are scheduled for Monday and Tuesday will be played or will they be moved due to TAKS testing on these days.

Anyone know?

It is really up to the individual districts. Since this is only the ELA TAKS, there will only be one test on Tuesday. Because most teams play on Tuesday nights, I would bet that there will be little, if any, impact on the schedules.

Now, some games on Monday may start earlier that usual so that their athletes have ample time to prepare for the test.

I know PA  cancelled their game. this week is also Seniors exit TAKS who have to pass it to get a diploma

Personally I think cancelling the games is a bunch of B.S. Like the kids are really going to go home and study. Right..... Its usually not the athletic kids that are in trouble of TAKS.
