I'll say this and it's about the highest compliment I can pay to him.  I've watched a lot of very good receivers over the past decade or so at Nederland and has the BEST hands I've seen.  Better than Yoder, better than Cammack, better than Askew, better than Butler.... and that's saying a lot.

I don't know about that one. Cammack was a vacuum cleaner and if someone went up with him to fight for the ball, he would come down with it. Cardenas might be as good but better?

I'll concede Cammack is the closest to being on par with Caredenas' hands.  I didn't say all around best receiver, I said best hands.  Yoder was the most explosive, Cammack and Cardenas side by side have the best all around tools.

Butler was a way better athlete than all of them from what I have seen.  I liked the Atterberry (sp) kid too.  Catches the slant routs, takes a lick, and get right up an lines up for the next play.

Cardenas delivered a very nice night against man coverage from the Lions A&M commit.  Good validation of the receiver that he is.

Glad to see them signing local talent, now lets support them. We need to do better than when football was there before. I plan on doing my part.
