California implemented a bill to raise the minimum pay for all fast-food workers form $16.21 to $20 per hour.  The bill (State) requires annual wage increases of 3.5%  and create a Special Food Council within the government.  This counsel has the power to set fast-food wages until Jan. 1, 2029 when the council and authority "allegedly" ends.  Ends?  Yeah, right!  LOL!  Fast-food employment decreased by 2.7%,, which cost California 18,000 jobs!  Socialism at it's finest!

@Big girl  @UT alum      What would consider this?  Capitalism, Socialism or communism?
