Looks like playing down divisions before district games start is what Mid County teams do the last few years.

If these teams continue to play 12+ teams a year vs. lower division teams they will continue to finish behind B.H. fighting for those 3rd & 4th playoff spots then getting beat 1st rd of the 5A playoffs.

Yeah but that makes the coaches record looks good and that's all that matters right?Ā  As Mom said, look at what coach has done for PNG so far this year!Ā šŸ˜‰

Sandbagging is what it was called back in the day. Coaches like this are frauds, all talk & hype until the games are for championships or playoff wins. Then it's silence & excuses, because they can't win those games. They must leave that last part off on their resume's

Ā

Maybe it's a logistics/travel issue?Ā  However, if you want to realistically compete against BH in the district and go more than 1 round deep, then you are going to have to start playing a non-conference schedule that challenges and pushes you.Ā  Based on their current schedule, Oak Ridge might be the most BH comparable team (and that's a stretch) they have played; 0-2 record.

    • No chance in hell that this pos is found guilty.Ā
    • After his silly conviction, President Trump has raised over 200 Million dollars! Ā The people are seeing through it! Ā Excellent! Ā
    • Letā€™s see if joe bidenā€™s words about no one is above the law, made after the rigged trial of President Trump, rings true with his pošŸ’©son. Ā Hopefully, but Iā€™m not going to hold my breath, they put the sorry sob in prison.
    • I liked his no bull crap attitude. He was a man of very few words. Extremely strong and freaky athletic!!! As close as possible to being the best offensive lineman to ever play the game. I hope his family finds peace without him!!! RIP #73
    • Chester, a small town in NE Tyler County. Ā A town that is seeing growth with the addition of a national chain store and a new school being built. Ā If you travel 287 toward Dallas from the Golden Triangle you have probably passed through Chester. Ā Things tend to stay pretty consistent and it is your typical small town. Ā  A trip to state is the buzz around town, and the talk before church services begin on Sunday. Ā This yearā€™s graduating class will number 11. Ā We donā€™t have a radio station that covers the Yellowjackets. Ā We are never a lead story on any of the news stations that broadcast to our community. With all that said, there is a closeness and sense of pride in our community. Ā Every community rallies behind their kids as they progress into the playoffs. Ā We are proud of our boys as they have represented our community well and with class. We invite you to follow our boys as they go to state. Ā We welcome the greater SETX communities as honorary Yellowjackets. Ā Tune in, watch live or come to Round Rock personally and join us in supporting the Chester Yellowjackets. Ā Go ā€˜Jackets!!! āš¾ļøšŸ’œšŸ’›āš¾ļøšŸŸ£šŸŸ”āš¾ļøšŸ’œšŸ’›āš¾ļø
