Can you name a football player that has won a state championship, college national title, and Superbowl from Southeast Texas? I'm not sure if there's ever been one.

Jimmy Johnson did it with Miami Hurricanes (HC), Arkansas (player) and the Dallas Cowboys (HC). He did not win a high school state championship in Mississippi however.

What about Port Arthur's own "Little Joe" Washington?

He was a member of the '74 & '75 OU Sooners Nat'l Champion teams & I believe he was a member of the Washington Redskins when they won their Super Bowl.

I'm not sure if he ever won a HS State Championship.

Although he didn't play in the NFL, Bridge City's own Steve Worster won a HS championship and a NCAA championship with the Longhorns.
