2018 UIL Region 10 Marching Band Contest

It's almost that time of year folks! The UIL Region 10 Marching Band Contest!

As far as know, it will be held at PN-G Stadium. 34 bands will be competing.

I haven't posted here on a while due to me getting a new job and moving to a different part of the state. I have plans on attending the contest this year.

It's a state year for 2A, 4A, 6A bands. Remember a band needs to make an overall 1st Division to qualify for the area marching contest for their respective classifications.

Some interesting observations with the line-up:
- A couple of schools will be making their return to the marching contest in over 10 years; Burkeville and Port Arthur-Memorial.
- The recently combined Beaumont United will be performing as a 6A-NV.
- Coming off their first trip to the state marching band contest last year as a 5A, Lumberton has a chance to repeat a trip as a 4A.
