An impressionable and spoiled brat is talked into a lawsuit by a shyster attorney. 

She should have the crap slapped out of her even after she came to her senses (brought on by a judge in court) but then brought back in to the family environment. Hopefully in the more than two years since this lawsuit was dropped, she realized how childish and selfish she was.
