All jokes aside, I think this is a lot more important case than people realize. AP has the deep pockets to hire a gun like Rusty Hardin to fight the charges to the fullest. Unfortunately, looks like he is well on his way to screwing it up and handcuffing Hardin. It's an interesting issue that could have vast ramifications. But it's always the idiots who happen to have money who carry the flag, instead of Mr Smith next door who isn't an idiot but doesn't make $10M a year on his grind at the paper mill. I really thought he was going to fly that coop when he hired Hardin. Before he gets to trial, he might have tainted the whole dang jury pool by himself.

Spot on Hoops. I don't understand these guys throwing away millions of dollars by making extremely poor choices and decisions. AP is making too big a mess for Rusty Hardin to get him out of.
