Wow! I'm very proud to say I'm from the Golden Triangle. We were WELL represented in Houston today. So much talent had people buzzing about our area.

There is no scoring for Rivals. It's strictly a skills camp. No testing. They rate kids on one on one competition for linemen, defensive backs and receivers and quarterback skills.

Yes. Running backs and LBs as well. It's pretty much based upon competition. Check out rivals.com and read some of the evaluations under RCS Houston and it will give you an idea of what goes on at the camp.

You have to understand that this area has some of the best DBs in the nation. So that's not surprising.

I would recommend these spring and summer camps to anyone wanting to play at the next level. Most are not free until you have proven yourself however a hundred dollars or two now could save you thousands later.

Rivals you have to pay.  I think it's about a $100/yr or something.  Here is one that they put out that was FREE.  How generous of them.  :)
