I don't know much about Hitchcock but what are everyones opinions on this one? Is anyone going?

I say Anahuac seems to be on the path for that. Losing to Hardin Jefferson and then having teams in their district that have strengthened may put them out of the playoffs. I sure thought they looked good against Silsbee but I was surprised last week to see the score with Hardin Jeff. Now is the test - Can they beat Hitchcock and Splendora before district?

I really doubt they actually ran the score up. I bet that Cathedral was just that terrible. Sometimes even your third teams looks great. And it is hard to ask these guys who rarely play to not try to score!! DP Fan, what is your honest assessment of the game?

From what I saw last night, Silsbee was not very impressive. Actually the first team did not score on Anahuac's first defense. Also, Anahuac recovered 2-3 of Silsbee's fumbles/interceptions. Personally, I was not real impressed with Silsbee. Anahuac was small compared to them and they held their own - watch out in 2A, the Panthers will be tough!!! As for Silsbee, they looked big and physical on defense but I felt like their offense was slow. Also, what was the deal with the coach on the field during punt/fg times?
