This is a hard one to pick... All I have is historical data to go by! The only time Ned beat Central was in 2004 when Central went 1-9 under first year/ one year coach that nobaody remembers.... No one will take Lumberton serious until they are a play off team... Then they still won't be taken seriously until they are a perennial power. The history is so against Lumberton that it will take sustained success before they will be considered a contender and not a fluk... If you guys get to the play offs for the next 3 years you probally still won't be taken seriously. Have some big time playoff wins in that span and then maybe you start to turn the corner to being recognized. Then everyone will still be waiting for you to return to same ol losing Lumberton! Sorry guys that is the tradition you have built for yourself. I feel more sorry for these kids because they will have to endure those the disrespect even if they win!

Yeah!!! I was like FINALLY!!! a hit four games into the season!!! Stowers has those kids in the position to make plays and he adjusts well. They were killing the middle and Stowers adjusted... It did seem as if LCM couldnot get to the outside at all.... That was pretty amazing considering their speed in the back field!

I do hate that the OC has no emotion... If I will call bad plays at least I would be a moral booster... The team would feed off of my energy... That guy is emotionless...

I think Stowers is not trying to create confusion amoungst his staff... And just maybe he knoiws nothing about the offensive side of the ball either... May wind up being th eblind leading the blind if stowers did try and take over!

The same offense looked better last year becaause off B-Will.... That offense works with a qb that is a run threat... Now central doesn't the qb to play like they did last year. Its the Colt McCoy dilemma, he is not Vince Young but they force him to play in that set. Our qb is a better (not great) passer than runner and teams can see that. So they don't bite on the run option... They just follow So let him run the pro set.. allow for the backs to run out of the I-form. I believe the offense would be more fluent with this change.

true... I was just stating that because apperently the parent that started the thread feels that their child has talent, therefore the coach might be overlooking it!!! It has happened, it is part of the woes of being a coach... To coaches credit they always try and put thier best players on the field. But it was not my place to tell that parent that thier child's talent is inadequate when I haven't seen the child play! i do feel the coach is playing the kids that he feels deserves to play!
