Don't know much about dayton but i know they have a great rb in dugat and i no he also has a little bro named aj i think a sophmore? Everyone has been talkin about mosely which is one heck of a athlete I've been very surprised no one has been talkin about dugat as if he he doesnt exist? This district is tough hands down! I hope the raiders win but new canye, bridge city, and cleveland are semi-good teams. PN-G, Nederland, also Dayton and Ozen have scheduled the big boys for non-district!

Credeur yes he is a very good coach but not a basketball one! I would say harley or english with the talent he has he is a great coach do you think he will brind the 3 point offense to nederland? boutte is good to but he always has soooo mcuh talent

This district will be tough that's for sure! I think we will beat vidor and lcm and the other teams and very good but if it is one of the better teams we can beat it will be PN-G they are still good but down this year compared to others and we play the indians at home so I think that is one team we can definately upset!

Anyone know about spurger's varsity basketball team how good were they last year?

Lumberton should win big after having huge momentum with a win at bridge city but who knows you can never take anyone lightly!

The thing is piratefan we have never won before and never made the playoffs so people have so much hype for this season. I think we will beat bridge city in a close game maybe like 24-21 or something like that. We are in a very tough district and I only see us beating Vidor, LC-M, and also PN-G in district because they are done this year and we play them at home!

Durp then piratesoccer I was just poking fun at ya'll as you do my team in Lumberton nothing personal. I wish ya'll luck this year but with the injuries to the O-Line I see ya'll struggling maybe winning 2 or 3 games hope they get better!

Lumberton will play @ Bridge City next friday and my question is who wins? We beat New Caney but Bridge City will be a much tougher team! I heard they don't have much talent besides Dishon this year? Give me your opinions.....who wins and what is the score? What does each team need to do in order to win?

Good win against new caney it is a start. I think our varsity snapped our 12 game losing streak! I think it will be a good game next week against Bridge City hopefully we can beat them.

I honestly think Nederland will be good next year and will compete for the playoffs at sometime. However, the 2 guys who went back to PAM Charles wise and i cant remember the other kids name were talented them leaving will hurt the dogs!

New Caney got stomped by vidor last year and last year 0-8 lumberton only lost to vidor 17-7. This year's lumberton team is FAR BETTER than last year's team!

Don't worry jbell it takes time to get respect and Lumberton is slowly earning it. Only time will tell. best of luck to the raiders!

I would say 5th right now is a good spot for the raiders if not that atleast 6th with vidor 7th and lcm 8th!

Yes scrimages don't mean much but then again they do. The confidence that this Lumberton team has gained by beating HF,BH, and also Silsbee will carry into the season. Didn't Silsbee beat Nederland and we beat Silsbee? Not trying to talk smack because Nederland has ALWAYS been good and we are just starting to turn around. Senior Jeremy Garza safety/wr for lumberton .He has been on varsity since his sophmore year. Also Hussey and Jonathan Ward. Bryce Dejohn is a better QB than Credeur. He is a better passer having heard what he did against BH last week.

Good job for Lumberton! After everyone downing them about Hampshire Fannett they go and beat Barbers Hill Congrats! We shall see though next thursday when they play silsbee just how good they can be!
