Thanks Razor and let me ask you a question who might your team be?

I would say Central is overrated just like someone else said they played a fairly easy district schedule last year and won one game the year before against lumberton in OT! Underrated Dayton I think they will make some noise this year. Also I'm not just saying this because I'm a Lumberton fan because I know people from Lumberton have gone to far with the trash talking but I honestly think they will upset a few teams! Am I saying they will make the playoffs as of right now NO! but they may upset a few teams. One team I'm not trying to hate on is PN-G I know they have great tradition but I just don't see them doing much this year at all. My top teams are 1. Ozen 2.Nederland 3.Dayton 4.Central 5.Lumberton 6.PN-G 7.Vidor 8.LC-M

I go to Lumberton HS and man I wish them the best of luck. When you have not lost since 8th grade that is good ok I mean great but to be cocky is one thing also to be too cocky is another. I'm glad we are behind our team 100%. You have to realize though people on these boards need to be quiet because talk is cheap and when you have never made the playoffs and to keep talkin that's insane. I'm glad everyone is confident but wait till you win then start talkin. Use what people say to motivate you but stop talkin and wait till you win because if you keep talkin and can't back it up your in for a rude awakening. do it on the field!!! I wish everyone the best of luck and who knows it's a new season anything can happen!

I think Aaron will be the top guy. You can't have two Qb's switchin off and on. You have to have one guy come in and be the leader. He has to know that that is his team and take control. Either way two good qb's. Bryce is strong and can throw. Aaron seems more of a leader and make's the better decisions. He's more text book but both good qb's

I am a senior at lumberton hs and no I'm not playing this year but I played my freshmen year on the freshmen team and went 0-10 and my sophmore year on JV and went 0-10 and my Junior year played on JV and we had alot of the class of 08 on there and went undefeated. We beat Nederland but atleast 17 at home and beat PN-G at the reservation! We didn't get the chance to play Vidor though. I tell you what though I am looking forward to seeing us play Vidor. I predict Lumberton 35-21. Vidor has owned us overall last time we won I believe was 3 years ago 33-0 at Vidor. I know people start talking this and that but anything can happen. I mean who would have had George Mason in the Final Four? It's sports ANYTHING can happen!

Well bearhoops good luck to ya man and your team this year. Right now 7th is a fair spot for us I know we have to earn our respect and ya'll went to the playoffs last year and for losing that many people from what I have seen ya'll arent bad. But wait for us to pass nederland up and see how things go from there against ya'll and vidor. I have to say one thing though Ozen,Central,and Dayton are gonna be tough.

Bearhoops Do you play for LC-M? If so how do you like the looks of your team this year? Heard ya'll have one senior and the rest juniors? I can think of one player on this year's varsity team hi slast name is like Sicktich he resemble's Seth Harley to me. Not a bad post.

We had alot of good players last year in 22-4A like noah cole,mack randall,seth harley,brian wolfe,zack harris, burdest jenkins, brandon mouton, and many more I just can't think of any but i was wondering who will be some of the top players for each team in 22-4a with dayton coming in. It is fair to say that vidor/lumberton are rivals these two teams match up very close. These two teams are pretty much finishing in the bottom of district every year so it's always a fun game to watch. Nederland and PN-g on the other hand have been rivals for a longer time they are always competing for district titles and state titles in the past. Lumberton in the past when my dad played for them atleast 30 years ago kountze was the rival he said but we dont play them anymore so i would like to see this game be a good rival in the future! Vidor does have our number though last time we won was 3 years ago 33-0 since then its been vidor winning the past two years

haha probably I remember I got moved up from jv one game this year against vidor and one of our coaches from lumberton had said that vidor thinks we are a bunch of spoiled sissy white boys lol

haha outta tha box who came up with those names haha but anyways I have 1 more question How did this game become a rivalry game? I understand how nederland and png are they are both in midcounty! I also understand why central,ozen, and west brook are because they are all schools in beaumont so how did these two teams become a rivarly why do they hate each other?
